Although we aim to make the process of ordering from us as simple as possible we do have some frequently asked questions about our service.

We allow you to customise your order so that you only receive what you will use.  There are no contracts. You only order what you need when you need it.

Can I change the contents of the boxes?
Absolutely. The contents of the boxes are a starting point.  You may decide one suits you as it is or you can remove items and add alternative items. We will usually endeavour to keep the initial price the same but if your changes do create a price difference we will let you know.

Can I add extra items to my box?
Yes. Once you have decided what you want you may wish to add some of our specials or seasonal add ons to your order. You may wish to order the vege and fruit box but also need lettuce and tomatoes. We can simply add those to your order and let you know the final price

Do you have other produce available?
We have a full fruit and vege range available. Our boxes are designed to provide both a good range and good value so sometimes some of the more luxury items won’t be in the boxes but we do have them available. This includes items such as fresh herbs, berries, stonefruit, fennel bulb, garlic, ginger, grapes, melons and so on.

Can you provide larger customised orders?
Yes we can. In the past we have provided the fresh produce for weddings, christmas dinners, hangis, school fundraisers, wild foods festival participants and many other occassions. We are happy to help you work out your fruit and vege requirements and quote on your specific needs.

Where do you get your produce from?
We aim to provide the best available produce at the best price so we source our produce from local markets as well as direct from the grower.

How much is delivery?
For areas we deliver ourselves we charge no delivery fee. This includes most of the Christchurch and mid Canterbury region as well as most of the Westland and Grey Districts. For areas outside this we use local couriers and rates do vary depending on location. Contact us for more details

Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order is $20.00

What do I do with the empty box?
We like to recycle where possible so all you need to do is leave out your empty box and we will collect it when we delivery your next order

How do I pay and do I need to be home for delivery?
You can pay on delivery by cash or cheque or we also accept internet banking payments. This means that you don’t have to wait at home for delivery.
